Every repair we perform at Michiana Auto Werks is backed by a 24-month / 24,000-mile nationwide parts and labor warranty. If it fails within that window, we make it right — even if you're 1,500 miles from Elkhart when it happens.

What's covered
- All mechanical repairs performed at our shop (brakes, suspension, engine, electrical, A/C, cooling, etc.)
- Both the replacement parts we install and the labor to install them
- Diagnostic time related to the original repair, if a covered failure recurs
What's not covered
- Maintenance items with defined service lives (wear brake pads, wiper blades, filters, tires)
- Damage from accident, misuse, off-road use, racing, or aftermarket modifications performed elsewhere
- Repairs performed by another shop that then fail — the original installer owns those
- Customer-supplied parts (bring us your own part and we'll install it, but the warranty is on the labor only)
Consignment & used vehicle sales
Every vehicle we sell has been through our multi-point inspection and any deferred items disclosed in writing. Where a factory or third-party warranty is transferrable, we'll help you activate it. Ask us about optional extended service contracts at delivery.
